Summary: In this three-part goaling specialist session from West Coast Fever coach Dan Ryan, he takes a team through numerous key skills for your goalers, including:
– Working as a goaling pair to split the defenders, bring the ball to the goal circle and create space at the post
– Goaler-to-goaler passing
– Front-cutting a defender into the circle and opening up space with strong drives to the ball
– Circle entries for baseline drives and drives through the top of the goal circle
